Product Story: John Gerard, one of the most renowned English botanists of the 16th century, says of Solomon’s Seal that “[those things] which might be written of this herbe…would seeme unto some incredible. . .But common experience teacheth that in the world is not to be found another herbe comparable to it.” In many ways, Gerard’s “common experience” is one that is shared among many of the world’s herbal traditions, where Polygonatum species are used as a tonic for everything from musculoskeletal ailments and pulmonary conditions to bruised skin and the premature greying of hair.
Composition: Polygonatum spp. and Ethanol, 1:2 at 50%
