Sweet Heat+ Salve (2 oz.)

“Sweet Heat +” salve beckons to my original summer pain salve with turmeric, ginger, and coconut. The addition of black pepper, cayenne pepper, and mustard provides an  “Autumnal punch”  of heat for aching muscles as the colder season approaches.

I blended this base oil with infused oils of arnica (bruises, swelling, muscle aches), cottonwood (anti-inflammatory), and St. John’s Wort (pain relief, neuralgia) for added benefits. Each infused oil was made individually and blended at time of prep.

Rounding out the salve was a blend of peppermint, wintergreen and ginger essential oils.
